Actually can change your DNS server setting to another free and public DNS servers such as Google, OpenDNS, Level3 and OpenNIC. In Malaysia, the following ISPs should be available by default for you based on your subscribed internet line :

Google has free public DNS service that you can use as an alternative to your current DNS provider. Google say their Google Public DNS will help to speed up your browsing experience and improve your security. Try it as it also can bypassing DNS Block of TM Streamyx.
IPv4 Google Public DNS : 184.108.40.206 and 220.127.116.11
IPv6 Google Public DNS : 2001:4860:4860::8888 and 2001:4860:4860::8844.
